Join us and celebrate the dark side of life as we host our first ever Black Moon Gathering located in the desert about 90-minutes from San Diego. Dance from sunset to sunrise and see the stars shine so bright under a black moon just as our primitive ancestors.

Lotus Moon is bringing together some of the best artists from the San Diego underground scene on two stages:

  • Yin Stage: The dark side associated with everything hard, negative, cold, and wet. Expect all flavors of Techno throughout the night.

  • Yang Stage: The light side, is associated with things soft, positive, warm, and dry. Expect melodic sounds whisking you away on a journey through the desert.

As a reminder, only invite those closest to you that you trust to protect the purity of Lotus.

Gathering

Date: Sat June 17, 2023 - Sunset to Sunrise

Directions: Approximately 90-Minutes from downtown San Diego and 90-Minutes from Palm Springs. Location information will ONLY be released on the day of the event with a donation. Donations will be accepted in advanced.

Donation:$20 Donation Per Person Suggested

Lotus Moon is proud to be a non-commercial gathering. Our pricing is based on “Pay What You Wish” principals to give back to the community. Donations are split between all the artists and help with growing our gatherings.

IMPORTANT: We have changed from Venmo to a new platform to help with flexible pricing and automation. Once you have donated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after with instructions on how to access our gathering. Please do not share this e-mail.

Pet Policy: Friendly non aggressive dogs welcome.

Our Sacred Space:

  • Be respectful of the land and follow the standard guidelines for leave no trace.

  • Be respectful to the community nearby and do not draw unwanted attention.

  • Please be careful not to damage plant life.

  • Carpool if possible.

General & Safety Information:

  • Be sure to bring a first-aide kit with proper supplies just in case.

  • Be responsible, know your limits, and moderate.

  • Please throw away all trash in the bins provided.

  • Lotus Moon does not allow nor condone use of illegal substances at our gatherings. If you have a substance issue, organizations such as AA or NA are here to help. We’ll even help you make that first call!

  • WARNING: There has been an increase in Fentanyl laced substances that could put your life or others at risk. If you must, be smart and test your substances with Dancesafe.org. Please don’t break our hearts and devastate your loved ones.
